How engagements are bought
Most of this work starts as a fixed-scope engagement with a stated duration and a deliverable you keep. Some of it continues as an advisory retainer, and some clients want us to hold the platform outright. The three models, and who each one suits, are set out in how we work. Price depends on estate size and scope, so we give you a figure after a scoping call.
Where to start
Most clients start with one area, usually whichever is causing the most trouble. A fixed-scope engagement is often the quickest first step.
