Belal founded Blue Cloud Cyber Solutions to do one thing properly: run Azure for organisations that are accountable to somebody. An auditor, a regulator, a permanent secretary.
The work has been mostly UK public sector. Central government departments have assurance regimes, change control and procurement rules that a commercial-only background does not prepare you for, and getting an architecture through them is a different skill from designing it. Alongside that sits financial services work and SAP on Azure, including RISE, where the shared responsibility boundary between customer, SAP and platform is rarely written down until it matters.
The practice is built around senior delivery rather than leverage. There is no layer of junior engineers learning on your estate and no account manager between you and the work, which is why our clients tend to be organisations that have been burned by the opposite.
