Belal founded Blue Cloud Cyber Solutions to design, assess and harden Azure for organisations that are accountable to an auditor, a regulator or a permanent secretary.
The work has been mostly UK public sector. Central government departments have their own assurance regimes, change control and procurement rules, and getting an architecture through them is a separate skill from designing it. Alongside that sits financial services work and SAP on Azure, including RISE, where the shared responsibility boundary between the customer, SAP and the platform needs to be agreed and written down early in the engagement.
The practice is built around senior delivery. The architect who scopes an engagement does the design and the hands-on work, and stays your point of contact from the first call through to handover.
