Privacy notice
Short, because this website collects nothing.
No forms, no cookies, no analytics
There is no contact form on this site and no server behind it. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no embedded third-party scripts. There is no cookie banner because, unless you choose to open the booking calendar, there is nothing to consent to. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a third party, and the content security policy blocks requests to external hosts.
Who is responsible
Blue Cloud Cyber Solutions LTD is the data controller for any personal data we hold. We are registered in the United Kingdom. Questions, or any request described below, go to belal.akooji@bluecloudcyber.com.
Visiting this website
Browsing these pages puts no personal data in our hands. The site is a set of static files on Azure Static Web Apps. Microsoft, as our hosting provider, processes standard request logs, including IP addresses, to serve and protect the service. We do not receive, query or analyse them.
Booking a call
The booking calendar on our contact page is hosted by Microsoft Bookings. It loads only if you select “Open booking calendar”. Choose not to, and no request ever leaves this site.
If you do book, the name, email and any details you enter go to Microsoft Bookings and into our calendar, and Microsoft may set cookies at that point. We use those details to hold the meeting and follow up on it. Bookings are retained for 24 months, then deleted.
Emailing or calling us
If you contact us directly we hold what you send, meaning your name, address and whatever you chose to tell us, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to people who approach us about our services. We keep enquiries for 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you started, then delete them. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share your details with anyone.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we are using it, or ask us to restrict processing. Email us and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
Client data
This notice covers the website and initial contact only. Where we deliver an engagement, our handling of your data is governed by the contract and data processing agreement for that engagement, in which we are usually the processor and you are the controller.
